This is a suit on a bankers blanket bond. Appellant, White Rock National Bank of Dallas (the bank), brought suit against appellee, United States Fire Insurance Company (the bonding company), on an indemnity agreement for losses sustained by reason of a settlement paid and attorneys fees incurred by the bank as a result of a suit by a depositor against the bank on a contract and for negligence. Trial was to the court, and a take-nothing judgment was rendered against the bank, with the trial court holding that the banks losses in the settled suit were not covered by the bond. The bank has brought this appeal.
